愛媛県産の素材を使ったフランス菓子をメインに、こだわりセレクトのドリンクなどを楽しんでいただける空間です。
また、当店のお菓子は手作り無添加がモットーです。保存料は一切使用せず、すべてのお菓子に生乳から作ったフレッシュな発酵バターとクリーム、地粉、PHF元気卵、愛媛県産はちみつ、きび砂糖（一部に粉糖）、低温殺菌牛乳、ノンアルミニウムベーキングパウダーなど、できるだけ安心な材料を使用しております。

We are a cozy space where you can enjoy French pastries made with local Ehime ingredients and carefully selected drinks.
Our pastries are made with the motto of “handmade and no additives.” We do not use any preservatives, and all of our pastries are made with the following carefully chosen ingredients: cultured butter and fresh cream made from raw milk, locally milled flour, PHF Genki eggs, Ehime-produced honey, brown sugar or powdered sugar depending on the pastry, low-temperature pasteurized milk, and non-aluminum baking powder.
